LUNA Sandals offers a 30-day return policy. If not completely satisfied with the sandals within 30 days from the delivery date, they can be returned for a refund, no questions asked. If an exchange for a different model is desired, return shipping is on them. After 30 days, the sandals can be returned and fully refunded if they are still brand new and can be resold as such. Lightly worn sandals can be returned and refunded, but a restocking fee will be applied. Heavily worn sandals cannot be returned. After 90 days, sandals can’t be returned or exchanged regardless of condition. Clearance items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
